Lately, I’ve been focusing so much on work. My biggest passion has always been to help others achieve their goals. At work, I’ve added more to my work load in order to do so. More work? Word. Worth it? Hell yea. Now that I’m in the routine of things going on I think it is time to get back to putting myself back into the equation.
The Aipa Project started when I decided to compete in a natural bodybuilding competition and totally transform my body. After the competition numerous life events happened that caused me to put the whole bodybuilding to the side. I practically landed a dream job of mine, to be a head strength and conditioning coach at the college level. Pretty good for a guy my age (26).
So what’s ‘ELUA all about? It’s practically about attaining beast-mode status (according to my good friend DJ Tano, one of them strong moffos from Hawaii). I’ve always been training hard. But over the years I’ve learned that no matter how hard you train, if your nutrition is crap then you will look and feel like crap. I am at that point. Well maybe not exactly to that point, but I can foresee the future. It’s been 5 months since I started this new career thing and by now I should have everything together.
During my preparation for the competition I learned so much about nutrition and how big of a role it plays in achieving any fitness goal. Looking back on what I did, I would change a few things. I know I loss a good amount of muscle mass. So this time I’ll be tweaking a few things to make sure I keep as much as possible. Be on the look out for more updates.
