I have been stuck in a rut both personally and professionally because of my fear of being uncomfortable. The cold shower idea is a great one!

I am actually going to Maui in a few days for vacation, but also to feel out job opportunities in the food/sustainability realm. The idea of moving away from my family is terrifying, but I have always dreamed of trying to live in Hawaii. I guess I struggle with the idea not only of being uncomfortable, but also making “smart decisions.”
